Whilst we acknowledge that many workplace spaces will be currently unoccupied and there are certain challenges for everyone at present, we remain positive and here to support you. Not only are many of our staff working from remote offices providing a seamless service, but moreover, we don’t see the current homeworking situation as a hindrance in the slightest!
In fact, not a lot has changed in regards to our communication with clients. We are well-known for delivering fantastic projects “remotely”, and it is true that the success of these projects is not reliant on our physical presence.
Site visits and even face to face pre-project meetings are not routinely needed, due to our comprehensive phone support. We have used video meetings successfully for some time including using screen sharing for technical calls, virtual walk-rounds from clients on site, which provide answers and collaboration very quickly.
Put simply, we are experts in helping clients specify our products remotely – it’s how we work already with clients across the world, from Aberdeen to Amsterdam to Abu Dhabi.
