From our recent conversations with many of you, we understand that you are currently carrying out more design work, presenting for tenders and engaging in a higher number of online client meetings. There’s a real focus on lining up projects, progressing with designs and winning contracts.
We wanted to provide a few tips for specifying Vtec products, highlight some of the resources available to help and how we may be able to add value to your client conversations.
Then select from our range of simple and quick-to-install systems.
Now we are unable to meet clients face to face, it’s arguably even more important to think about your clients’ familiarity with the different products in your design and what is most important to them. What information do you need to help you deliver on your brief? You can find brochures, data sheets, installation advice and technical guides for our products in the Help and Advice section of our website. We’re happy to help and provide information in the best way to help you win the project.
It’s a good idea to provide a sample in advance of your online meeting. A physical sample will help you to put your idea across in a more tangible way and ensure your design concepts are translated to the best effect. We are happy to send out samples for finish approval and hold many examples of our ranges in stock. For larger, bespoke projects, we have also produced tailored sample packages to help you create buy-in where needed.
Please give us a call to talk through your requirements. We are happy to send samples out directly to your clients to speed up the process and ensure samples arrive in the best condition possible. We can arrange video calls too if you’d like a virtual sample demo!
Our wall and ceiling systems have been designed as adaptable modular solutions to provide eye-catching visuals that are both cost-effective and easy to install.

It’s important to us that we build long-lasting relationships with the people we work with. We are driven by our passion for providing excellent customer service so if you have a question about installation methods or a specific requirement to help you win a project, just let us know. Similarly, if your installer has questions, we are happy to provide over-the-phone support to talk your installers through the process and any queries they may have. We’ll do our best to help and we are working behind the scenes to be able to serve you even better when this period of uncertainty is behind us.
