Now we are unable to meet clients face to face, it’s arguably even more important to think about your clients’ familiarity with the different products in your design and what is most important to them. What information do you need to help you deliver on your brief? You can find brochures, data sheets, installation advice and technical guides for our products in the Help and Advice section of our website. We’re happy to help and provide information in the best way to help you win the project.
It’s a good idea to provide a sample in advance of your online meeting. A physical sample will help you to put your idea across in a more tangible way and ensure your design concepts are translated to the best effect. We are happy to send out samples for finish approval and hold many examples of our ranges in stock. For larger, bespoke projects, we have also produced tailored sample packages to help you create buy-in where needed.
